Through guided practices, reflection and embodied exercises rooted in psychology, physiotherapy and neuroscience, you’ll explore how to release self-doubt and build deep self-trust in a supportive, women-only environment.

I’m absolutely thrilled. In the week after the self-confidence course, I was taking my daughter to the airport. We were under time pressure and I was very nervous. But I found a moment, sat down and connected with my color. I calmed down completely. It was a really big surprise, as if I had pressed the ‘relax’ button on a remote control. I was quite surprised at how well it works. Overall, I feel good and I’m very happy that I decided to participate.
